Payment Methods

💳 Cards & Stripe

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant provider (Stripe).

📄 Manual Invoices

Enterprise teams can request manual invoices and international wire transfer instructions by contacting billing@mazediy.com.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If your payment method operates in another currency, your provider will convert the charge at its prevailing exchange rate and may apply conversion fees.

Any VAT, GST, or sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing location.

We are preparing flexible subscription bundles to replace the legacy commercial license. Pricing details will be announced before launch.

Invoice Process

Receipts and invoices are emailed to the billing contact once payment is confirmed.

Most invoices are delivered within minutes; manual invoices are issued within two business days.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.

Refund Policy

⏰ Refund Timeframe

We offer a 14-day refund window for one-time license purchases, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

✅ Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved if the license has not been materially used, if there is a major service outage, or if we are unable to deliver the advertised feature set. Once a license has been used to export/download mazes for distribution, refunds may be declined.

📋 Refund Process

Email billing@mazediy.com with your Stripe receipt email/order details (or Checkout Session ID) and the reason. If approved, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days. Refunded or disputed payments will revoke the associated license automatically.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for heavily used licenses, licenses tied to completed publishing/distribution, expired periods, or bespoke professional services once delivered.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all payment disputes amicably through direct communication.

If direct resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to relevant payment processors or legal authorities.

Disputes are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MazeDIY operates.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

We do not store credit card information. All payment data is handled by our secure payment partners.
