Payment Methods

💳 Cards & Stripe

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant provider (Stripe).

📄 Manual Invoices

Enterprise teams can request manual invoices and international wire transfer instructions by contacting ixmasdong@gmail.com.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If your payment method operates in another currency, your provider will convert the charge at its prevailing exchange rate and may apply conversion fees.

Any VAT, GST, or sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing location.

Premium Plus subscription is now available at $4.99/month for unlimited downloads.

Invoice Process

Receipts and invoices are emailed to the billing contact once payment is confirmed.

Most invoices are delivered within minutes; manual invoices are issued within two business days.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.

Refund Policy

⏰ Refund Timeframe

We offer a 14-day refund window for one-time purchases ($0.99 single maze downloads). Subscriptions ($4.99/month Premium Plus) can be canceled anytime; refunds for the current billing period are available within 14 days of the charge.

✅ Refund Conditions

Refunds may be approved if the purchased maze has not been downloaded, if there is a major service outage, or if we are unable to deliver the advertised feature set. Once a maze has been downloaded or subscription benefits have been used, refunds may be declined.

📋 Refund Process

Email ixmasdong@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt email/order details (or Checkout Session ID) and the reason. If approved, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days. Refunded or disputed payments will revoke access to the associated downloads or subscription benefits automatically.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for mazes that have already been downloaded, subscription periods where benefits have been used, expired billing periods, or bespoke professional services once delivered.

📜 Commercial Use Certificate Refunds

Commercial Use Certificates (perpetual $49 or annual $99) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet used the certificate to authorize commercial activity. Examples of substantive use include: listing the certificate number on a marketplace, attaching the PDF to an invoice, publishing mazes for sale, or generating revenue under the license.

Issuing a refund immediately revokes the associated certificate. The public verify URL will display "Revoked" from that point on, and any continued commercial use is unauthorized and subject to the misuse remedies described in the Terms of Service.

For the annual subscription you may cancel future renewals at any time; the certificate remains valid through the end of the current paid term.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all payment disputes amicably through direct communication.

If direct resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to relevant payment processors or legal authorities.

Disputes are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MazeDIY operates.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

We do not store credit card information. All payment data is handled by our secure payment partners.
