All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
How to Order
Send an email to ixmasdong@gmail.com with the following information:
- The type of license you would like to order
- Your name, physical address, and optionally a company name
- The name under which you publish your work
- Your preferred payment method
- Your VAT number (if applicable)
We will send you a receipt and invoice via email from Stripe. The paid invoice is your proof of license. Your license will be automatically activated after successful payment.
License Activation & Usage
After purchasing a license, your license will be automatically activated. When exporting mazes for commercial use, your license will be verified. Individual licenses allow one use, while unlimited licenses are valid for one year from the purchase date.
License activation happens automatically after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your license details.
Refund Policy
Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing a license, you agree to these terms.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual licenses (Creator, Business, and Unlimited tiers) under specific conditions. Single-use licenses have stricter refund terms.
Eligible for Refund
Annual licenses (Creator, Business, Unlimited): Refundable within 30 days of purchase if:
- The license has not been used to download, export, or publish any mazes
- Usage count is zero (no mazes have been exported/downloaded)
- Refund request is submitted within 30 days from purchase date
- The request is due to technical issues that we cannot resolve, or accidental duplicate purchase
Single-use licenses: Refundable only if:
- The license has NEVER been used (usage count = 0, no downloads/exports recorded)
- Refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
- The request is due to accidental purchase or technical issues preventing use
Not Eligible for Refund
- Any license that has been used (even once) to download, export, or publish mazes
- Licenses where usage count > 0 (mazes have been exported/downloaded)
- Refund requests submitted after the applicable time period (30 days for annual, 7 days for single-use)
- Change of mind after using the license
- Failure to read license terms or product descriptions before purchase
- Purchasing the wrong license type (please verify before purchase)
- Licenses that have expired
- Licenses revoked due to violation of terms of service
What Counts as 'Usage'?
A license is considered 'used' when:
- Any maze is downloaded in PNG, PDF, or SVG format using the license
- Any maze is exported for commercial use
- The license usage count increases from 0 to any number greater than 0
- A usage log entry is created in our system (even if the download fails)
Note: Downloading the same maze in multiple formats (PNG, PDF, SVG) counts as ONE usage per unique maze. However, once ANY maze is downloaded, the license is considered used.
Refund Process
1. Contact us at ixmasdong@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (Stripe Session ID or Payment Intent ID)
- Your registered email address
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of eligibility (if applicable)
2. We will verify:
- Purchase date and eligibility period
- License usage status (must be unused)
- Compliance with refund policy
3. If approved:
- License will be immediately revoked and deactivated
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation
4. If denied:
- You will receive an explanation via email
- The license remains active and usable
Refund Processing Timeline:
- Refund request review: 1-3 business days
- Refund processing (if approved): 5-7 business days
- Funds appear in your account: Depends on your bank (typically 3-10 additional business days)
After Refund
- Your license will be immediately revoked and deactivated
- You will lose access to all licensed mazes
- Any downloaded mazes must be deleted (you no longer have commercial rights)
- You cannot repurchase the same license type at a discounted rate
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately revoke your license
- Provide evidence of license usage to your bank
- Block your account from future purchases
We strongly encourage contacting us first - we're here to help resolve any issues.
Special Cases
- Duplicate purchases: Full refund if reported within 7 days
- Technical issues preventing use: Refund if we cannot resolve within 14 days
- Fraudulent charges: Immediate refund after verification
- All special cases are evaluated individually and at our discretion

All payments are processed immediately through Stripe Checkout. Your license will be activated automatically upon successful payment.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Stripe automatically handles currency conversion for international customers. Payment is processed in USD, but your card may be charged in your local currency based on your bank's exchange rates.
